1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and re777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the re777.lat website and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2Eligibility

To register an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. re777 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by anyone under the age of 21. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend any account where the player's age cannot be verified.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of re777, or an immediate family member of any such person, nor an employee of any company that supplies software or services to re777.
• You must register using your own true identity and accurate personal information. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on re777. The opening of multiple accounts by a single player for any reason — including attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. The following rules apply to all re777 accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. re777 will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
• You must notify re777 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. re777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
• re777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Players must provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay privileges.
• re777 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms are being or have been violated, including in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• All accounts are registered in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may not change the currency of your account after registration.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

re777 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals made on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your re777 wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transfer confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise verified and approved by re777 support. re777 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• re777 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, for which re777 bears no responsibility.
• re777 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate. re777 accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of player error in providing incorrect account details for a withdrawal.

5Bonuses and Promotions

re777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. No bonus funds may be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• re777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively reduce the value of a bonus already claimed by a player and in active use.
• Bonuses are valid for one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus through the use of multiple accounts or shared payment details constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• re777 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits during active bonus wagering. Placing bets that exceed applicable limits during a bonus rollover period may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person who has not previously held a re777 account. re777 may verify new player status through identity documentation during the KYC process.

6Responsible Gaming

re777 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming. The following measures are in place to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings section after login. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Players may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time. During a cooling-off period, the player's account will be inaccessible for all gaming and betting activities.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting re777 support. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. re777 will take all reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the Platform during the exclusion period.
• re777 strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all gameplay will be voided, and all deposits held in the account will be returned minus any winnings.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the re777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes, facilitates, or is connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, error, or unintended feature of the Platform in order to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug or error are void and will be reclaimed by re777.
• Colluding with other players, re777 staff, game provider employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform on your behalf or to gain a competitive advantage over other players.
• Opening multiple accounts, sharing accounts with other persons, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials to access the Platform.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the re777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and compilations — is the exclusive property of re777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of re777. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, re777 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its services. Without limiting the foregoing, re777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials confidential, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to the player's account by a third party.
• The outcome of any game or bet placed on the Platform. All games and bets are subject to inherent risk, and re777 makes no representation or warranty that any particular outcome will occur in any game or betting market.

10Privacy and Data Protection

re777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. 11Amendments to These Terms
